How can I find the terminal # for my cruise port?

Your cruise ship will announce your terminal number as you’re docking. If you’re using Mobile Passport plus, you may set up your passport profile(s) on the app in advance, then complete your customs declaration form as you are arriving at your port of entry.

Does the Mobile Passport App replace my U.S. passport?

No.The Mobile Passport App replaces traditional paper on which you answer to CBP’s questions verifying biographic and flight information. Travelers must still present a valid passport during inspections, as well as the QR code receipt on the app, and briefly speak with a CBP officer.

Why can’t I find my airport or cruise port on the Mobile Passport App?

Currently, you may use the Mobile Passport App at 30 airports and 4 cruise ports upon your arrival in the United States. What is my port of entry?

The Mobile Passport App is used upon your entry into the United States. Your port of entry is the location (e.g. airport, cruise port) where you will initially enter the U.S. and undergo screening by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
