How do I get a refund of my Mobile Passport plus purchase?

When you upgrade to the annual Mobile Passport plus subscription the App Store or Google Play Store will automatically charge your account after the 7-day free trial period expires and initiate payments as per the applicable annual payout schedule. You can’t request refunds for previous recurring charges, but you can cancel your current annual subscription no later than 24 hours before your next billing date.

If you made a purchase of the annual or monthly subscription accidentally, you can request a refund through your purchase history in the store.
