Why isn’t the Jeppesen Mobile QuickClear available anymore?

Thank you for your past business and support of Mobile QuickClear, which enabled private aircraft operators to conduct their own international trip and flight planning activities. Due to business reasons, Mobile QuickClear will not be available or supported after March 5, 2020. After this time, pilots will not be able to use the Mobile QuickClear app to submit APIS filings. Concurrently, Mobile QuickClear will no longer be integrated with the Mobile Passport App, so passengers will not be able to submit their passport information to their pilot or aircraft operator from their Mobile Passport App.
